Framing this as a 10% increase in earnings is incorrect because nobody with this is starting from 0. At minimum with other prestige buffs they're probably making 100% above baseline which would put this at 5%. At 200% above baseline, only 3%. At the max 360% buff that ness mentioned, if that math is correct, this is about a 1% increase in earnings.
