It could be like a flea market like 5x5 land to sell stuff. It would be server wide for people to go to and look around and buy stuff. This is to give players a place to sell their items publicly and not at a town or something instead of having to pay like 500k for a station at /market.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: This would give the servers a whole new place to sell items and easier place to just warp to and look around at all the small plots to buy what they need. it decreases having to go to a individual town to get something. You could do /warp flea market or whatever and look around at the dozen of vendor spots.Other information: It could cost like 15k to rent a station or you could call it a vendor station or something.Plugin or custom addition: N/AOne suggestion per form: I Understand.
The point of the market is to have a in theory server sponsored market, people aren’t paying the crazy prices to not charge the prices they are. If you want better deals that is what shopdb is for, on top of that there is no way to enforce that a “flea market” has truly lower/better prices. if anything this is something that a user can start in their own town as a project. This suggestion takes away from the running a town market far too much imo
you might want to check out /warp birdmall on main. as well as the mall at /warp bird under the rainbow beacon for things I have done along this line back when we had builders on main.
lol just get a shop at /warp air, its cheaper than the market and gets equivalent if not more traffic
-1 we already have alternatives to the spawn market in the form of player markets and building your own markets.
-1 just because towns and other shops are there i would disagree in a way and also there are feats available as well which can be useful, like /back Example: You going to mine and forgot torches, what you can do is type /market, buy torches and sell whatever, and then do /back thats how it can help.
