Make Chainmail unsmeltable.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently the only way to get Chainmail Armour in the game is via the Woodland Mansion and via the Star Shop for 5 Netherstars.
So I think they are valuable enough that they shouldnt be included in the /smelt and /smelt all command. Or at least more valuable then a single Iron Nugget...​
