Magic Tool Upgradeable Items​

What are you suggesting:

Have the ability to trade two Level 1 Magic tools for a single Level 2 of that same tool.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

From what I researched (I never actually used a magic tool before), the jump between a Level 1 and Level 2 is better, but not economy shattering. This method will introduce more Level 2 items into the economy, yes, but will reduce the the total amount of Magic tools in the economy; if I did my math right, two people using Level 1 items would do more damage to the economy than one person using a Level 2 item.​
