Magic Shears L3 Idea​

What are you suggesting:

Magic Shears L3 that grants instant pickup and 25% double drops for the following items:
-Spore Blossom
-Small Drip Leaf
-Hanging Roots
-Glow Lichen​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Magic Shears could use an L3 to even it out. These items come from the 1.17 update and can only be obtained with shears. Could be a nice addition if someone wants to do that with their magic​

Other information:

I made an L2 suggestion too with the non-lush cave items, so if we don't want to make an L3, we could always add them to L2​
