As stated many times, magicrod makes a great deal of money as is with no setup or effort.

 

-1 for three reasons

1. as Cammy has pointed out, this is dumb.

2. From a purely economic standpoint, a 1/250000 chance of getting 5 magic tools valued at at least 1 mil per buffs the magic rod by about 15%, which is simply too much considering how good it is already.

3. Magic tools shouldn’t be given any buffs whatsoever, as they are bad.

1.) MCMMO fishing is fine as it is

2.) I know you suggested lower-tiered magic tools, and suggested that they drop at a very low chance, but I am against suggestions that add more magic tools to the market at this time (I might be more open if we didn't have so many without a solid way of getting some of them out of market)

3.) Magic rod OP as fk already


Literally, the magic rod is the most OP magic tool and money maker, so why not make it more OP with more OP tools? Great idea

Sure, but only if there is also a 1/250000 chance that you personally get perma banned each time anyone catches a fish!

At the odds of 1/250000 any suggestion is pretty ridiculous. The odds of it happening are so low that it wouldn't be worth the time or resources to implement. In general, I like the idea of getting something super rare from doing an ordinary thing, I just dont think this is the right way to implement that type of feature. Also, the MCMMO fishing bonus already handles the "added surprise" element from fishing well enough.
