What are you suggesting:

When you login, you don't know if there are any magic hours going on; and most times people forget to check. I'm suggesting that when you login if there are active magic hours that there is a notification​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Would mean that people can utilize magic hours other purchase​
