When you leave a job with a certain level of the jobs feature, it reduces the cooldown before you can rejoin it.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Here's a breakdown that I am thinking:
No Feat: 72hrs
Jobs: 48hrs
Jobs+: 24hrs
Jobs++: 12hrs
Jobs+++: No cooldown
The cooldown to rejoin quests can be kind of annoying, especially if you want to trial some jobs. If you want to remove that cooldown, then pay the server. It can help those who maybe leave the wrong quest, or need to clear a quick spot to do some other quick job/quest.Other information:
This also adds some value to the jobs features & incentivizes getting the max feature, which means more money in the server's pocket. (Not to mention if we keep adding more benefits for the feature, then we can charge more for it and people will still buy it; increased demand with no increase in supply means prices can increase without demand dropping too much)Plugin or custom addition:

I won't be changing the cooldown for quests or implementing any reduction features, its in place as a balancing measure due to the sheer number of categories we have. More will be added as we get new content/ideas over time as well.
