Jobs Counter​

What are you suggesting:

At the top of /jobs stats where it shows your username, it would be nice to see a count of jobs current held. Also open to a new command such as '/jobs limits' or something if that is easier. For example: 17/20 for someone who holds 17 out of their max of 20. Ideally this max would update based on rank/Jobs feature(s)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Counting is hard when it's not in Microsoft Excel​
