We can't just dispose items dropped by ItemFilter via sell or any method suggested here. This suggestion doesn't make any sense to be honest and I have no idea what you're truly asking. I recommended simply changing the manner in which you use ItemFilter in your farms. Entities that are dropped are already automatically cleared on a 60 second per entity timer.
