What are you suggesting:

I suggest that we use/create a plugin to enable players with Investigator/InvestigatorPlus to private messages and see other players based on their friend's list.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Many players such as myself that have Investigator/InvestigatorPlus, would like our friends to be able to private message us, and see us without going out of vanish. I understand that vanish is made to "hide" from players, but I think it would be an great addition to the Investigator/InvestigatorPlus donation to be able to add players to a friend's list that would allow them to make simple private messages and view each other in some way. This could help the common issue of trying to get hold of a friend that "might or might not be on", without asking for them in global. I feel like this is a very big disadvantage of Investigator.​
