    Hotbar Slot Lock Feature​
    What are you suggesting:
    Suggesting a feature that let player lock hotbar slots so its not possible to even manual grab an item from a locked slot.​
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    would give some savety to not accidental drop a expensive tool on the ground​

    +1000. This feature would be incredibly helpful and would lower the amount of whining our staff has to hear from people who have lost items due to accidental droppage.

    Dropping a magic tool is prob bare bones defeat for most.

    How does one accidently drop an item?
    I'm guessing hitting the drop keybind?

    And you can't click your hot bar to throw it to the ground unless you go into the inventory screen?

    Sometimes, when you are building a massive project that involves many blocks, your mouse clicks in the wrong place, boom. Bottom of the ocean or in someones hand. While it is a low chance, there still is a chance.
    I think the suggestion @Jdawger mentioned about a undroppable command is better though, now that I think about it.

    @Mission001, @Jdawger first off everybody has a different playstyle what comes with everybody also like to use a different set of features. so if those feature doesent sound usefull to you then if it even would get implemented just not get it. to have something extra doesnt mean that its needed or beeing usefull for everybody. but for myself i would love to have a slot lock for years so i can safety rebind my dropkey

    That's fair. Just because we disagree and/or prefer an alternative doesn't mean we are against you personally or your wishes. Keep in mind that suggestions are suggestions for the full benefit of the server, not just individuals.

    And at the end of the day, it's up to Clar, Craved, and other owners/devs of the server to make a decision; it seems that something will be implemented based on what Clar has been saying. Again, I just prefer one of the other two options over a hotbar lock

    If you want more details, I am more in favor for the single undroppable command and/or undroppable boosted/magic stuff because a lot of times I drop my boosted items from my inventory while clearing out garbage/unwanted stuff, so a hotbar lock won't benefit me personally whereas the other two suggestions I am more in favor of will essentially do what you are suggesting with hotbar lock as well as solve issues that I (and other's) have from dropping items

    I have unbinded my dropkey a long time ago but i would love to have it back and save. The reason why i unbinded it isnt because that i drop stuff but i do have small children and specially the little fella loves to sit together with me watching directing what not always beeing easy in moments where unpredictable slams on the keyboard and or mouseclicks happen. Thats my reason why i would love to see those feature would become real and parents highly possible will understand me.
