What are you suggesting:

I suggest, if possible, to implement a /help tools command that describes the tiers of tools (max, star/god, magic/ecc). I see builders all the time asking what tools are best for what and how they can "craft" said tools. Then, there's a long explanation on how to acquire tools and that you cannot craft them. It confuses them, and I feel that if they could read a short description it would be easier. I feel that if this were to be implemented, there would need to be a short description of how to acquire the tool, where to get it, etc etc. For example, max tools: buy at /market or craft at /warp enchant, star/god: buy at /warp starshop, not craftable, magic/ecc: from god drops, bought with USD, maybe a link to the online shop?, not craftable. Something short and sweet.

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This is a good addition to ECC because I constantly see new Builders or old players who don't understand the differences asking in chat about the different tools. Builders sometimes ask how they can craft the tool, and when they find out they can't, there's then multiple explanation answers as to how to get it and why it can't be crafted. I feel it'd be easier to just tell them to read a /help tools command than to launch into an entire explanation.
