Glowstone Dust Booster​

What are you suggesting:

When glowstone is broken with the Boosted Glowstone Dust item in inventory(or in hand), glowstone drops more dust. For example: 8 dust for L1, 12 dust for L2, 16 dust for L3. Additionally, when glowstone is broken with boosted glowstone dust in hand, glowstone is instantly broken.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Glowstone is commonly used for farms and decoration, would be a nice way to collect faster​
