This allows more control with personal town events. It doesn’t effect the economy in any way. Just a nice option to help someone customize what can occur in their towns.Other information:

+1 The previous exploit about being able to get fly inside fly deny regions has been patched, the flag is now extremely effective.
Since town owners can already deny people access into towns entirely, there;s no reason to deny them the lesser power of fly-deny. Any abuse can ovb be handled through normal abuse channels -
+1 Very much for this, please add! Would allow more users to create events in their towns that would need to have /fly turned off :)
