tbh the prices should be moved back to cash being able to trade nstars for god drops ensures they'll always retain value. Whereas the spawn&color shops could be a good cash sink
I like this idea, nor am I against it too. All I want to see if equal trade values for all colored dyes / dyed blocks. For example, you buy 100 for $750 and 1,000 for $5,000. This would be an incentive for people to buy in bulk.
- 1 I agree that the shops should switch back to cash, I however don't entirely argee with even costs across the board. Certain dyes such as lapis are much more expensive compared to flower dyes etc in the general market. while the coloshop takes this to an extreme, I believe that some of the colors should be more expensive than others.
The reason, I'm guessing, as to why some are 1000 vs 100 is common vs uncommon. Red, yellow, pink, and magenta are the one's that are all at 1000 per 1 nstar, if I remember right. Some of those colors you can get in multiple flowers (tulips, roses, dandelions, etc). So, if you want the more uncommon colors, you pay the same price for less. As someone who frequently uses the colorshop to restock dyes or to grab dyes for bulk colored blocks, I wouldn't be opposed to just using ECD to get the dyes instead, though I don't see this being implemented any time soon. -1 to making the prices equal, +1 to changing prices to ECD (though that should be in a separate suggestion!)
fwiw blue dye and lapis are no longer the same thing. Lapis can be crafted into blue dye, as can certain flowers.
We won't be changing these prices at this time. As well, I really don't think a flip to ECD will do any good as an ECD sink with the current economy. Will be keeping as netherstars.
