Enable Redstone Trigger Lifts​

What are you suggesting:

Enabling the option to have lift signs triggered by a redstone current.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently lift signs can be triggered by buttons on the opposite side of a block. This suggestion further expands this by allowing any redstone currents to trigger lift signs (in a similar manner to how ExtCreations doors work)​

Other information:

Looking into what I believe is the plugin used for ExtCreations stuff, this is supported in the plugin itself. By default however, this permission is set to false.​
