ECC speed pick​

What are you suggesting:

For all newly won ecc picks add fortune IV and eff8, or create a new ECC speed pick with Silk touch and eff8.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We already have magic tools that can multiply income by huge amounts, as well as a few ECC tools that are a sort of middle ground between those tools and magic tools.
Based on my calculations, an ecc speed pick would be ~12.8% faster at mining ores (it would not instantbreak at all) and would thus form a nice middle ground in that it would still i prove earnings substantially, but not quite be “magic” tier.​

Other information:

:) As per what andrewkm has said, no tradebacks of previously earned ECC picks for new ones for option #1.
