You can use /stc or /stonecutter, but that's with ExtCreationsPlus2.
So /cnd allnorev for stone to stone bricks would be helpful for users without Ext Creations++!-

You don’t need a crafting table to craft stone bricks. You can craft them in your 2x2 crafting inventory without any loss of materials. Just open your inventory and use the knowledge recipe book and shift click stone bricks to make 4 stacks at a time.
-1 as I don’t see it necessary to have a command for this when there’s no restrictions to basically crafting it by hand anywhere.-
