In all honesty, the current M-Sword is the budget version, now we have the ECC M-Sword. You can always get a pick and shove Efficiency 5, Silk Touch on it, this is probably as close to "budget" as you're going to get. I don't think it's a good idea to add in yet another layer of tools. Max, Star, ECC/Magic is quite enough at this point in time. -1
