[Boosted Item] Boosted Shulker Shell​

What are you suggesting:

Using a boosted shulker shell; will withdraw the contents of a chest into an empty shulker box in your inventory
Boost lvl2 will do a single chest(or half a double) and boost lvl3 would do a full double chest (into 2 different shulkers of course)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Clearing chests into storage would be alot easier​

Thats a really good point. Maybe its possible for a flag to be implemented for clars use to make events fair? One that would be able to disable certain boosted items
