What are you suggesting:

Level 2 boosted command block while in player's inventory will grant the player with max effects (absorption 20, conduit power, dolphin's grace, fire resistance, jump boost 5, luck, night vision, regeneration 5, resistance 5, slow falling 5, speed 5, strength 10)
Level 3 boosted command block while in player's inventory will grant the player a 25% increase to odds for any roulette-type game on the server (star machine, god drop, spawner crate)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Level 2 is more for fun, Level 3 can be helpful for those that like to gamble​
