Denied [All Main Servers Suggestion] Allow users to make mining regions

+1 Would solve a lot of the tool hunter grievances people have without having to implement or change code. Uses a plugin that obviously works and is stable.

This is a much needed change and 50x50x50 area isnt that crazy to ask for.

Perhaps applications for this could be open from the 28th-1st only, in order to reduce workload of GAs
A new money sink could be a way to tax mobgrinding to an extent as well.

 

+1 I was thinking of something similar in maybe have 1 region of a 50x50x50 each month after mining resets. But this totally works too.

 

I feel like anyone who supports this suggestion loses any right to complain about inflation, given that it's effectively removing one of the only risks to the highest end earning methods.

Supporting this suggestion wont affect inflation in any way...
Merely prevents people who paid for spawners from being harassed.

When a mob grinder is found, it doesn't prevent a person in general from using, it only prevents the person who invested in it from being the sole user at the set up.

But the ecd generation potential remains the same, there's just a leech on a multi-million ecd set up at that point.

 

At this point why not just allow spawners to be placed in rising with a 30 day timer until they disappear?

If we let people break spawners this will be a non-issue

I think that adding some element of risk to the otherwise automatic activity of auto-clicking 6 hours a day is a good idea.

also your issue seems to be with macros, not with mob farming
so maybe suggest macros become illegal?

 

No other form of grinding is literally autoclicking in a dark room. Every other form requires at least some human interaction beyond being at the keyboard to avoid getting permabanned.

Instead of banning people why not just make grinding methods that actually take human interaction or at the very least have some measure of risk...

 

With half a brain you can make all forms of grinding as easy as mob farming...

Sitting at a keyboard and clicking things is literally the same level of easy as everything else.
At the end of the day you are just clicking and typing shit. How hard is any form of money making?

Mob farming requires constant investments as apposed to farming or fishing, there should be no risk involved.
