Allow global ranks to be bought with GCs​

What are you suggesting:

Allow gift cards to be used to pay for global ranks (ecobronze, ecosilver, etc.) in the shop​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

More people buying features is good, it exhausts the supply of GCs meaning more revenue for the server when GCs run out and people buy feats with usd​

Other information:

If not accepted, it may be a good idea to add to the gift card page or the global feature page (or both) that GCs can't be used for global ranks to avoid future people buying GCs they can't use (like me)​
