I'm suggesting to make it so the wet sponges have the same effect as dry sponges​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

So currently WaterPlus2 has:
/jesus
/disguise player Christ
and /fill snow

Honestly, I haven't even purchased Waterplus2 because these have no appeal to me tbh.

Adding something useful like making it to where the sponges do not get soaked would be useful, the same way we did it with PyroPlus2 where lava doesn't effect the sponges by soaking.

Even adding another level water Water like WaterPlus3 or something like that would make me want to pay the $15 and then some just to be able to have that.​
