Addition to Investigator+​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that Investigator+ (and all staff members) get access to a command where you can do /rg list (username) and it shows the rg list for that player.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would helpful in assisting builders and new players who have lost their home in a town and allowing users to help them get back home. I can see no harm in allowing some users to see this information.​
