Adding deny-message flag to mining spawn​

What are you suggesting:

Adding a custom deny-message flag to mining spawn.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently, despite the numerous signs and warnings when doing /warp mining stating that there is a protected reagion, some people still get confused why they are unable to break blocks immediatly after doing /warp mining. This is likely due giving the default "Hey! You cannot build here" error message


With the deny-message flag, this can be customised as to state why new players cannot build in spawn, and how to get away (doing /rtp). An example message can be:

The command for the above example would be
/rg flag <miningspawnregion> deny-message &c&lHey! &aYou cannot build or place blocks within &b&l50 blocks &aof spawn! Use &c&l/rtp &ato get a teleport to a random location!

If implimented, this flag would have to be added to the setting up of mining world process as to allow for it to be "carried over" into new months.​
