What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    All Main Servers
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Add rtp to the nether
    What are you suggesting:
I'm suggesting that we add /rtp to the nether dimension.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Adding /rtp to the nether would make it a lot easier for people to get to a desired biome/structure. This would also allow people to better find areas that have yet to be mined for quartz, blackstone, or whatever they're looking for. It exists in mining and rising so I think it would be a pretty reasonable addition. Potentially this may encourage more people to buy the nether ranks; could potentially be a perk of upgrading to warrior or terminator.
    Other information:

    Plugin or custom addition:

    One suggestion per form:
    I Understand.

+1 will be great, once you are bored with the current area you are in. However, it should not teleport you to the lava.

Definitely an interesting suggestion, but you can just build bridges to move around, the nether world is only 25% the size of the mining world so I don’t really see the need for /rtp. (also, the nether is supposed to be harder than the overworld ;))

Besides, I think this would also be pretty hard to implement. (Although I’m not a programmer/developer so I am not 100% sure)
If I remember correctly, /rtp is supposed to put you on the highest available Y-level of a X/Z coordinate. In the nether, this would always be on top of the bedrock roof

I am fairly certain this was suggested and denied in the past.

Anyway, -1 because IIRC, the way /rtp works is it teleports you to the highest block or liquid at a specific random X & Z coordinate. This is a huge problem with the nether because of the bedrock ceiling.

Now, I'm sure with a shit ton of coding hours, the y-level can also be randomized, but that to me sounds like more issues than it is worth (if it is possible to randomize the y-coord and still get players on a solid block w/o suffocation or high drops).

The nether isn't supposed to be easy to get around, finding fresh quartz veins and fortresses and bastions is supposed to be a challenge. You can't even fly in the nether wiry the base fly package. -1, keep the nether from being too easy.

    I'm against this.
From a gaming perspective and a coding perspective.
