I'm not really a fan of more magic creeping outside of magic day, especially one that would clearly affect earnings.
-1 even past the addition of another magic item (which I am personally against), people have suggested features that increased item pick up radius, and they were all denied for many reasons
The Magic Shovel doesn't affect the economy and doesn't generate EcoDollars... Anyways, we will not be adding this as we have no intention to focus on new magic tools/items at this time. Past that however, even if we were adding more tools/items, an increased pickup radius is not something we would consider.
