Brief Description: I should not have access to the aether yet i could go through the portals to get there and was able to get in successfully.

1. Don't have correct rank for access to aether.
2. Walk through portals to get to aether.

Result: enter aether without required rank (pilot or captain).

Expected Result: denied access to aether without required rank (pilot or captain).

Evidence: no screenshots would be relevant enough to further explain bug
