Money Management - I see too many Builders get a nice stack of money, and watch them be baited into lotto, scammed with unfair NStar deals, and go down the drain, only to quit after seeing what they've done. Although I am only Mayor, I have a considerable amount of money, enough to truly enjoy myself on the server, and enough to keep making more. I could really help someone out on this. Town Management - This is the one I feel I can truly help to teach. I am the only co-mayor of a relatively successful 6 town nation, along with @luccowarleo. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/babylon-town-thread.107323/ I can help with a user's first town, how to be a successful Mayor, and how to expand into a true ECC nation! How do you plan on teaching this subject: My hours should be 6:00 - 8:00 EST most times, much more on the weekends. I can always contact a user through PM, and show him the ropes on these three subjects. My builds are extremely basic, but on weekends I will have enough time to do some down-and-dirty work when any players need it. With application filling,: I can type for the user if need, and send through Pastebin: http://www.pastebin.com With money management: I can any user questions, maybe buy a user good farm perms, and show him where to go to get good money, and what to use the money for. With town management: Again, I can answer all questions, go through the town building/making process with a player, and since I work with applications, I can also pastebin the final town/mayor app. if the user really struggles. I would have them tp'd to me, vice versa. i would talk them through as well as show them the basics of building a house, vault, etc. Comments/concerns I have a unholy amount of experience with this. I have built roughly 30 houses for myself and others in my time on ecc.

From what I can remember, I was in the dark about ECC for the first 6 months of joining, and I would've preferred to have someone teach me about the server.
