Additional information about your additional town: there are 2 sets of c and d posts the first choice posts would add one the size of the city and make my block of land 600x600 square the 2nd choice are what I posted here and what I think you are going to end up using. If there is anyway to pay for the extra 1 block I would be willing to but if not it is only one block and I can make do.

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
