Additional information about your additional town: Small town focused around shopping center. Each plot will have its own pre made underground farm. In addition, all plot owners will have access to five level farm in the center of town.

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process.
