Thread Title: Adding the permission node: essentials.repair.armor

Suggestion: Im saying add the permission: essentials.repair.armor to all excommand(+) people.
Reason: It is way easier than having to take off your armor, put it in your inventory, then do /repair all, when you can just do /repair all and it will repair all your armor too.

Unless it is specifically Disabled for a reason, I don't see why it wouldnt be added +1

I think it is disabled due to PVP. I'm not a PVP'er so I honestly don't know how much armor durabilty goes down during a fight. Or even if it makes a difference. But I could see someone /powertool'ing /repair all to their sword and never having to remove their armor to fix it.

I think this would be a nice thing to add though, I don't check my armor durability much and have lost a few pairs because of my laziness :p. +1-

So long as repairing is seperate permissions per world, I would love to have my armor repairable when equiped in the main world(s), aether, and maybe mining world.
