As we all know when you join the server there is a message that goes 'vote with /vote for free stuff, /help staff to contact a staff member, welcome to ecc' and the like. I think it would be astronomically useful if a new line was added in red bolded text saying something along the lines of 'Remember to record evidence of all transactions - /help evidence for more info'. This would make it so much easier as we wouldn't see so many people getting screwed over because they didn't record evidence of a town eviction, loan, etc.

I'd much rather have a server-wide message telling you to collect evidence every few minutes (Don't worry! You can disable it!) to make sure players actually see/read it.

I'd rather see a tutorial all new players are mandatory started in with holograms and a number of holograms stressing the importance of proper evidence collection.
