    Lets get some opinions and discussion going on regarding adding a swear filter.

    This way both parties are happy.

    People don't get insta warned and banned for a swear word, and the swear words get replaced with ****'s. How about that?

    And if you must see the swear words I'm sure your imagination can figure out what they are. There really is no need to actually see them right, the whole goal here is to stop all the warning and banning people for understandable outbursts.

    As well a new rule would be in place to disallow bypassing the filter in any way.

    So, discuss...

    PS: if possible well have a way to opt out as well, but by default it will always be on.

    Also to quote a previous post about everything you do being bad- it's really not. You can't go saying that cause you do one thing and people don't like it.

    Yes, I think a /chatfilter on and /chatfilter off would be good too.

    But I think we should be strict on filter bypasses. You are going to have the trolls saying stuff like "s h i t" to try and get around it, if they do then I think staff should really go right to /warn. That way you can swear if you want but the people who "can't handle" or are offended by the language can disable it. You want to try to avoid more complaints about the system.
