Offical Österreich Decree

An official decree has been decided by the Imperial Magistrate of the ECC Österreich! Emperor @Probuilder300 has abdicate from his throne due to public relations amongst the rest of ECC and his outlandish actions against the public has declared him as incompetent and unfit to rule. As his punishment, he shall live out his days in exile in the unknown. With what has been stated above, there has been a new Kaiser (Emperor) crowned, one who is not of the same bloodline, but of a pure and proud. Our new beloved Kaiser is named Kaiser "_Royal_Vulpes_ " (@_Royal_Vulpes_ )! "Gott erhalte Royal Vulpes den Kaiser!"
