The way you coukd theoretically earn money without much work is either rent based 50 per day seems like little when you present it but in reality its 1.5k a month hire managers and split the money i guess. But with 500k this is just something to get a free town out of donors. When failure arrives blame lack of funding and keep the town and give us what the post is simply so vague. “You will gain many benifits and economic opportunity.” What is this opportunity. He’ll make us town managers and then we will have a town built on 365k (minus warp and mayor) If it was that easy. This dude whos been playing for 4 days and got his resident ilegally is going to do what people who have played on here for years have not done.

 

One plot is actual dogshit. Lets set this straight. A project of this caliber to work and be profitable this is what you need. Make a town with plots. Let your donors be town managers and sell plots and let them hire managers with whom they can agree a split this could be somewhat sustainable. I sell plots for Rapture2 i earn about 3k a day from it. When youre a new town its very competetive.

The only way the town I’m building will be able to compete will really just be pricing per 1 square block or selling very large plots.

 

bird is another example we are basically a mayor and admin breeding reactor because we set our citizens up for success and are as helpful as can be. This comes back to us in public works and donated labor for the town.

 

Whats the point of this project then? Get you a community funded mayor rank and town built?
