Hello everyone, I would like to publicly nominate 7amoodw for the position of Game Admin, not as a friend but as a passerby. He has been doing a fantastic job ever since he re-joined the moderation team and it is staff like him who we all want to see being promoted. Of all the super moderators, he is the longest continuous serving for a very long time and will undoubtedly have already learnt much of what is required to be an Admin. If 7am is promoted, then it leaves way for the experienced 'blues' to be also promoted - I am sure we can all think of many hardworking moderators who could be given the chance to help the team even more. Promoting experienced and dedicated staff is the way forward, it will keep the team on their toes in a positive way. Newer mods will see a step-by-step progression up to positions of greater influence for their helpful intentions. Experienced mods will be better utilised to suit the community's changing needs. And finally we, the players of EcoCityCraft, will see consistent moderation which is of the highest quality. Thank you all for reading and please cast your votes, phantomine
