I have a suggestion. When people get banned for something, (Not griefing, mind you, as that results in rollbacks galore), I've noticed that their property, buildings, chest, and other items are just left to gather dust. Especially if they owned a region. My suggestion is: Why not have, like, a server auction? A group of members would gather up and the Admin would auction off the property, and anything on it, to the highest bidder. These prices could range anywhere, as high as someone is willing to pay. I think it would be alot of fun, while it would also get rid of things just sitting there. The winning bidder would pay the server, then receive whatever he payed for, whether it be a regionized building, a bunch of chests full of dirt, or whatever was sold! Lemme know what you guys thing.
I think this is a great idea. I think this would be a great way of setting up towns and things like that, i could build a house and sell it off based on what it looks like, location and other pros and cons for it. Me like this idea!
