I love this, but I don't think we should really take a week. Maybe a weekend if we want to prove this?
yeah sounds good. A weekend would be a good time to start this as it's peoples days off and this would mean a larger population to enjoy the no-kit sg weekend
Here's the problem I'm having with the way this suggestion is going; Almost everyone who supports this suggestion hasn't donated a single penny to the server. Now don't get me wrong, I believe that non donators should have a say in server suggestions too. But this is just ridiculous. It's like someone who doesnt ride the bus wanting to raise the price of riding the bus for the people who DO ride the bus. It's absurd. After all, we must remind ourselves that the server is set up to incentivizing donating. And we shouldn't be discouraging those incentives. I'm no fan of kits, but I do care when my features get removed for 7 days.
I understand where you are coming from, but the way that you are looking at this is like it will go on forever. This is 2-7 days. Now you don't need to use your kits all the time, you can't use your kits in the mining world or in the main world, the only place you can use kits is in the sg world. Removing kits will not destroy the game play on ecc, but may improve it. This also will not harm the future players of ecc. If anything this will give an equal chance to these new players. If raising the bus fare is the right thing to do for the new players, and for the old. To give an equal chance to all people, whether they have kits or if they don't. Do it. Do it to improve ecc. And do it to make ecc a better place.
I do understand that. However, 7 days is just too much. We should be reducing the effectiveness of kits slowly rather than just cutting a donation feature off for 7 days.
-1 no how many times are these no kit suggestions going to get denied. when do people actually begin to use logic and notice that the administration is not going to remove kits. Smh

Best bet would be to increase the no-kit chance. However, that could still affect people with ++ purchases. Maybe make it 1/3 not 1/2
no just no... I own like every other kit, and don't even play SG, but I would still be mad if they removed something i paid for. Thank you for trying to form an experiment, but this is something that has already been damaged enough by the nerf of the kits.
because i paid money to have them for those 2 days. And every now and then I jump into a game of SC and play. I'd be very mad if I went to play on one of these days and couldn't use the kits that I paid for.
GO TO AN OP SG SERVER FOR 2 DAYS THEN Eco city craft is an ECONOMY server not an sg server. Eco city craft does not revolve around SG. If you can't stand to loose your precious unused features then I believe you don't know what it's like to have something gone.. this experiment may teach you just that.

Your point is to show how much we want something by taking it away, when we already know how much we want it. Hence why we don't want to give it up. I don't play any other servers, because ECC has an SG plug in. I don't want to go pay another server money when I've already got the features on this server.
You obviously don't prefer to use logic... This statement could be turned around and said "If you don't like kits play on a no-kit server"
