General Purpose of Contract:
@Xyzcon is taking a loan from @averagejoe2012 of 600k to buy a melon sword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @averagejoe2012 agree to pay @Xyzcon 600k in exchange for 900k paid back to me in the time of 49 days

after a mod approval of the contract @averagejoe2012 will pay the 600k to @Xyzcon emiddiatly after a mod approves the contract

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @averagejoe2012 will loan @Xyzcon 600k in exchange for a payment of 900k in the time period of 49 days or 7 weeks

If not paid by the 49 day period @Xyzcon will have a complaint filed against them

User @Xyzcon has agreed to pay a minimum of 10k back each day to @averagejoe2012 for 49 days or until the 900k is paid in full


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
