    This is the thread to apply for loans from 6 Netherstar Inc. We offer loans with fairly simple interest. All loans will have an official server contract as well as some collateral. (collateral = something you give us and get back when you pay. Don't pay, you don't get it back) Collateral should be worth between 1/4 and 1/2 of the loan.
    1 week payback = 40% interest
    2 week payback = 45% interest
    3 week payback = 50% interest
    4+ week = case-by-case basis
    Late Fees:
    1k/day late
    Current amount available to loan:
    10k​

    I personally feel that the amount offered in your loans is not enough to justify asking for collateral...
    5k is nothing, and the only people who would need a 5k loan are VERY unlikely to possess any item worth 5k in collateral.
    I'd say you should offer up to 25k or so, such that a builder/resident could buy a pumpkin axe, or eff5, unbr3, fort3 pick, but that's just my opinion.

    And, I for one give out loans with a set price and no late fees. I just ask that it get paid back within the year.

    But that's just me.

    Collateral will only have to be 1/2 value, and we will have more money available now. 5k was just to start off, until more people bought shares in the company. Amount available to loan will increase over time.
