    What I don't understand is - I have the same answer to the caesar cipher, but to me it looks like ten steps, no matter what I do. Those ten produce the correct text you said though. I am confused. ._.

    Also, if this is really correct, I feel so nubby... I had exactly the same ideas, only that I added the "." for the repetition. ._.

    I'm not entirely sure about the 10/11 step difference - try both and one of them works, so that's fine.

    Also it took me a couple hours to find the second part out since I tried a lot of other approaches too, even methods like including punctuation, etc. So yeah it took me a lot of tries too :p
