Ok haha, well I'm really trying to dig deep to see a good way to get $$$ off of an eff7 without fly+/pyro+

any ideas/mining techniques?

 

I had an Eff7 for 5 hours once and brought in 53k total. That's biome specific (extreme hills b/c of emeralds), mining all over the place.

 

Soo now looking into this, it seems as though this was extremely profitable to own one. Was this worth the renting in the end?

 

I have fly+ but not pyro+ and what I do is mine on diagonals on level 11, changing direction if I hit gravel/dirt/lava/etc - fly+ helps by letting you fly over lava but isn't really needed. I'd say I make ~15-20k an hour like this, sometimes more.

I wonder what the results would be if you didn't mine coal, many say it is not worth it to mine coal with eff7

 

I find coal worth it

 

I mine coal and sell the ore for $1.25 each, adds an extra 1-2k/hr to my income.

 

So it cost 150k to rent and you made 151k = 1k profit?
