Sorry yours has been taking so long, the reason I've been holding it off is because yours is one of the harder ones to make and I'd rather wait and make something better as my designing skills improve than jump on it right away and produce something different than intended. Spent a couple hours on this, here you go, I hope this meets your standards! The background was chosen with less stars as the one you suggested because it distracted from the pixel fading, where blue fog is found above with a reflective tiled ground.
