Hello people i am selling a old 11 story building that was used as a farm at one point in it's life. but the building is laid out so it can turn into many things like a hotel or apartments. All 11 floors have the same layout

The plot it is on is a 21x15 space i think

It is in varmland and the building has never had to worry about it being greifed yet
