Really depends how nice your town is. If its visually nice with great surrounding landscape/views then you can sell for more, if its a plain flat land town with no landscaping or views then it wont be worth much.

 

1k by default if you consider your town quite flat and unattractive. You can ask for more if its a nice environment to live in.

when i started plots where half price so 500 now they are 1k

 

Actually, I plan on asking $1250 for my 10x10 plots, and provide the right level of quality infrastructure to make it worth that price.
