My suggestion is to make the President town limit 9 instead of 8. The reason for this is so that you can make a nice neat 3x3 square of towns, instead of having an awkward rectangle shape or something like that Post any feedback below, and please consider adding my suggestion :3
Pretty sure Kuke meant to have two separate 400x400 towns that are not side-by-side. You really don't need a 600x600, as that is just insane... And difficult to set up if someone already has a town right near yours.
Personally I don't like 9, because it's an odd number. And because a 600x600 town is way to big for any normal person...
