    Who thinks 1.3 will come out today? say X

    Who thinks 1.3 will come out August 1st say O

    I think it`s coming out today because the pre-release was yesterday and with 1.2 the day after they released the PRE-Release they released 1.2 so thats why I think 1.3 will come out today.
